A THUNDERSTORM THAT DEVELOPED OVER THE EASTERN SAN GABRIEL
MOUNTAINS BRINGING BRIEF HEAVY RAIN EAST OF FALLING SPRINGS HAS
BEGUN TO DISSIPATE. THERE COULD BE AN INCREASE OF WATER FLOW IN
CREEKS AND STREAMS AND PREVIOUSLY DRY WASHES MAY BECOME FILLED
WITH WATER...ESPECIALLY AROUND HIGHWAY 39, NORTH OF MORRIS DAM
THROUGH 8 PM THIS EVENING.
