HEAVY DOWNPOURS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE 1/4 TO 1/2 OF AN
INCH. HOWEVER...LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE
POSSIBLE IN THE HEAVIER SHOWERS...ESPECIALLY ACROSS RUNNELS AND
CONCHO COUNTIES.
