The National Weather Service in Bismarck has cancelled the Wind
Advisory.

Although breezy west to northwest winds sustained between 18 mph
and 25 mph, and gusts to 35 mph through early afternoon, wind
advisory conditions are not expected. Thus, the wind advisory has
been cancelled.
