...AREAS OF DENSE FOG ACROSS SOUTHEAST OREGON AND SOUTHWEST IDAHO
THIS MORNING...

.DENSE FOG HAS FORMED ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHEAST OREGON AND
SOUTHWEST IDAHO THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES OF ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS ARE BEING OBSERVED IN HARNEY AND MALHEUR COUNTIES IN OREGON
AND THE TREASURE AND WEISER VALLEYS IN IDAHO. TEMPERATURES ARE
BELOW FREEZING WHICH WOULD ALLOW FOR ICY CONDITIONS TO DEVELOP ON
ROADWAYS. THE COMBINATION OF LOW VISIBILITY AND PATCHES OF BLACK
ICE WILL MAKE FOR HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS. VISIBILITY WILL
IMPROVE BY LATE MORNING.

AND MALHEUR COUNTY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST /10 AM
PST/ THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND PATCHES OF BLACK ICE WILL MAKE
 FOR HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
