...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph,
  decreasing to 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph late this
  afternoon.

* TIMING...Strong and gusty northwest will persist through the
  midday hours before slowly decreasing during the mid to late
  afternoon hours.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are possible.
