...AREAS OF FROST EXPECTED ACROSS THE SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE
AND ADJACENT NORTHERN SOUTH PLAINS EARLY THIS MORNING...

.Cool high pressure has settled across the area early this
morning. Light winds and clear skies have allowed temperatures to
fall into the middle 30s with a few spots even close to the
freezing mark. The ongoing conditions are favorable for the
formation of frost. Temperatures will quickly climb after the sun
rises later this morning.

* TEMPERATURE...Falling to 33 to 36 degrees.

* IMPACTS...Areas of frost will develop late tonight. Sensitive
  outdoor plants should be protected or moved inside.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Frost Advisory means that widespread frost is expected.
Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
