THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PENDLETON HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST THURSDAY.

* VISIBILITY: REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES IN
  DENSE FOG.

* IMPACTS: THE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES IN THE KITTITAS
  VALLEY...WHICH WILL AFFECT TRAVEL ALONG INTERSTATES 82 AND 90.
  TRAVELERS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE CAUTION AND DRIVE WITH EXTREME
  CARE WHEN ENCOUNTERING FOG.
