ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST /5 PM PDT/ THIS
AFTERNOON.

* AFFECTED AREA...LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY INCLUDING
  YUMA...MARTINEZ LAKE..SOMERTON...INTERSTATE 8 AND U.S. HIGHWAY 95.

* TIMING...UNTIL 5 PM MST / 5 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTH-NORTHEAST 35-45 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH POSSIBLE.

* VISIBILITY...BETWEEN ONE MILE AND ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUSLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL LEAD TO HAZARDOUS
  DRIVING CONDITIONS.

BE READY FOR A SUDDEN DROP IN VISIBILITY. IF YOU ENCOUNTER
BLOWING DUST OR BLOWING SAND ON THE ROADWAY OR SEE IT
