.SYNOPSIS...The 994 mb low 300 nm southwest of St Matthew Island
will remain  nearly stationary through Tuesday night, before
drifting north to merge with low pressure over east Siberia late
Wednesday. A  weather front associated with this low will lift
north from the YK Delta this morning to the Seward Peninsula by
this evening.
