THIS IS ALSO THE THIRD HIGHEST MONTHLY RAINFALL TOTAL ON RECORD
FOLLOWING THE SECOND HIGHEST RAINFALL TOTAL FROM JUNE OF THIS YEAR.

WITH BACK TO BACK MONTHS OF RECORD RAINFALL, THE RAINFALL RECORD FOR
THE SUMMER PERIOD (JUNE-AUGUST) HAS ALSO BEEN BROKEN. AS OF AUGUST
5TH, 34.60 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN. THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF
32.55 INCHES SET IN 1965 WITH 26 DAYS REMAINING IN THE MONTH OF
AUGUST.
