.A MOSTLY DRY COLD FRONT WILL PASS THROUGH EASTERN WASHINGTON AND
NORTH IDAHO THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WINDS WILL INCREASE LATE
THIS MORNING AND PEAK DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.
WINDS WILL BE NOT AS STRONG AS THE PREVIOUS WIND EVENT...SUNDAY
AUGUST 21...BUT THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND DRY WARM
CONDITIONS WILL STILL RAISE CONCERNS FOR THE POTENTIAL FOR
RAPIDLY SPREADING WILDLAND FIRES.

MAINLY SOUTH OF SANDPOINT...AND NORTHEAST WASHINGTON MAINLY SOUTH
OF CHEWELAH.

* AFFECTED AREA: FIRE WEATHER ZONE 101 CENTRAL IDAHO PANHANDLE
  (ZONE 101)...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 673 EAST WASHINGTON NORTHERN
  COLUMBIA BASIN (ZONE 673)...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 674 EAST
  WASHINGTON PALOUSE AND SPOKANE AREA (ZONE 674) AND SOUTHERN
  PORITON OF FIRE WEATHER ZONE 686 EAST WASHINGTON NORTHEAST
  (ZONE 686).

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITIES: 14 TO 28 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS: DRY...WARM...AND BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL PROMOTE RAPID
  FIRE SPREAD WITH ANY NEW OR EXISTING FIRES.
