SATURDAY...

.WINDS IN THE EASTERN COLUMBIA RIVER GORGE WILL INCREASE
FRIDAY AND BECOME BREEZY FRIDAY EVENING AND AGAIN ON THE FOURTH OF
JULY. LOCALLY BREEZY WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN THE LOWER COLUMBIA
BASIN...THE EAST SLOPES OF THE NORTHERN OREGON CASCADES...AND IN
CENTRAL OREGON FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THE FOURTH OF JULY. THE
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THESE AREAS WILL BE DRY...AND EVEN
WINDS IN THE 10 TO 20 MPH RANGE MAY CAUSE RAPID FIRE SPREAD.

* TIMING...LOWEST RELATIVE HUMIDITY COMBINED WITH STRONGER WINDS
  EXPECTED TO OCCUR BETWEEN 4 PM THROUGH 8 PM FRIDAY AND AGAIN ON
  SATURDAY.

* WIND...WEST TO NORTHWEST WIND 10 TO 20 MPH FRIDAY THROUGH
