READINGS AND GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL OCCUR AHEAD OF AND WITH THE
PASSAGE OF THE COLD FRONT. BEHIND THE FRONT...THE WIND WILL SWITCH
A MORE NORTHWEST DIRECTION. THESE CONDITIONS WILL COMBINE WITH DRY
