For the Arkansas River, the following locations are included:
Oxford...Arkansas City.

At Oxford:
* No flooding is forecast at this time.
* The 1 PM Friday stage was 12.9 feet and falling but will begin
  to rise early Saturday morning.
* The flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* It is forecast to crest around 15.7 feet early Sunday morning.

At Arkansas City:
* No flooding is forecast at this time.
* The 2 PM Friday stage was 9.8 feet and falling but will begin
  to rise Saturday afternoon.
* The flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* It is forecast to crest around 10.9 feet Sunday morning.
* At 11.0 feet...Flooding of agricultural lands can be expected with
bank overflows on west side of river. West Chestnut Avenue west of
the river floods.
