* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* The latest stage was 19.75 feet at 1 PM Thursday.

* The East Cache Creek is forecast to crest near 20.0 feet
  Thursday evening.

* Impact...When the East Cache Creek reaches 20.0 feet near Walters...
  Some flooding of bottomlands may occur along and near the creek in
  southern Comanche County and Cotton County.
