THEN CURVES EAST-SOUTHEASTWARD TO END NEAR EQ157E. CONVERGENCE
NORTH OF THE TROUGH IS GENERATING SCATTERED SHOWERS IN SOUTHERN
PORTIONS OF YAP STATE AND THE REPUBLIC OF PALAU WITHIN 120 MILES
OF A LINE FROM 5N130E TO 7N140E TO 2N144E. A TROUGH EXTENDS
NORTHWARD FROM THE REMNANT CIRCULATION TO 10N148E. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TROUGH ARE
