A FRONTAL BOUNDARY BETWEEN OKINAWA AND IWO TO ISLAND EXTENDS
NORTHEASTWARD THROUGH 21N130E TO BEYOND 25N138E. SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALONG AND NORTH OF THIS BOUNDARY TO
BEYOND 25N.

TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE IS PRODUCING A FEW AREAS OF SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MICRONESIA. ONE AREA IS
NEAR KOROR...BETWEEN 3N AND 12N FROM 130E TO 136E. A SECOND AREA
IS SOUTH OF POHNPEI BETWEEN THE EQUATOR AND 3N FROM 154E TO 157E.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRESENT IN A BROAD AREA SOUTH OF YAP TO
SOUTHWEST OF CHUUK BETWEEN 2N AND 7N FROM 137E TO 149E...AND NEAR
BIKINI ATOLL IN THE MARSHALL ISLANDS BETWEEN 10N AND 13N FROM 164E
TO 166E.

AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW CENTERED NORTH OF WAKE ISLAND NEAR 24N166E IS
TRIGGERING ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS BETWEEN 21N AND 25N FROM 164E TO
172E.
