A SURFACE TROUGH RUNS NORTHEASTWARD FROM EAST OF YAP AT 9N143E TO END
SOUTHEAST OF GUAM AT 12N150E. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN NEAR
GUAM AND EAST OF YAP BETWEEN 9N AND 14N FROM 139E TO 147E.

UPPER-LEVEL DIVERGENCE IS ENHANCING SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
