STRONG WINDS WILL OCCUR IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT TODAY. IN

INCH OR TWO OF SNOW BY MIDDAY. THE COMBINATION OF LIGHT SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CREATE DIFFICULT
