...SNOW SHOWERS TO TAPER OFF TO FLURRIES THIS AFTERNOON...

BANDS OF SNOW SHOWERS SHOULD GRADUALLY DIMINISH THIS AFTERNOON
AS DRIER AIR WORKS IN FROM THE WEST. HOWEVER SOME LIGHT ADDED SNOW
ACCUMULATION OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE MAINLY ALONG
THE HIGHER WEST FACING SLOPES...ESPECIALLY NEAR QUINWOOD BEFORE
THE SNOW TAPERS TO FLURRIES. COLD TEMPERATURES WILL PERSIST WITH
HIGHS ONLY IN THE TEENS TO AROUND 20. THIS COMBINED WITH LINGERING
GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS MAY PRODUCE WIND CHILLS AROUND ZERO EXCEPT
LOCALLY COLDER ACROSS THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD SLOW DOWN IF TRAVELING ACROSS THE REGION AS MANY
ROADS WILL REMAIN SNOW COVERED AND SLICK THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
