AT 100 PM CHST...0300 UTC...THE EYE OF TYPHOON DOLPHIN WAS NEAR
LATITUDE 24.6 NORTH AND LONGITUDE 139.7 EAST...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
9 MPH. DOLPHIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE IN THIS DIRECTION WHILE
INCREASING IN FORWARD SPEED TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO 85 MPH. TYPHOON DOLPHIN
WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT TRANSITIONS INTO AN
EXTRA-TROPICAL SYSTEM.

TYPHOON FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 40 MILES FROM THE CENTER.
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 160 MILES FROM
THE CENTER.
