URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Denver/Boulder CO
523 AM MST Wed Feb 22 2017

...SNOW RETURNING TO THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS...

.A strong Pacific storm system will approach Colorado today,
spreading moisture and light showers into the northern mountains.
They system will move across Wyoming Thursday. For the northern
Colorado mountains, the heaviest snow is expected later Thursday
into Thursday night as the wind picks up behind the system. A
prolonged snowfall will lead to winter driving conditions over the
northern Colorado passes. At this time, it appears that the impact
on the mountains around Summit county will be less.
