.A STORM SYSTEM WILL TRACK SOUTH OF PENNSYLVANIA TONIGHT AND
MONDAY...BRINGING SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW TO THE AREA. AN
EXPLOSIVE SECONDARY COASTAL STORM WILL DEVELOP LATER MONDAY...
AND COULD BRUSH EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE LOWER SUSQUEHANNA RIVER
VALLEY WITH ADDITIONAL SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL MONDAY NIGHT AND
TUESDAY.

...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...

* LOCATIONS...THE LOWER SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES TONIGHT THROUGH MIDDAY MONDAY.
  ADDITIONAL SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE FROM A
  SECONDARY STORM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...A RAIN SNOW MIX WILL QUICKLY TURN TO SNOW AND SHOULD
  LAST THROUGH ALL OF MONDAY. HOWEVER...MOST OF THE ACCUMULATION
  WILL LIKELY OCCUR TONIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY MORNING. A STRONG
  STORM WILL DEVELOP OFF THE EAST COAST ON MONDAY. THIS SECOND
  STORM WILL PRODUCE SIGNIFICANT SNOW OVER EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA
  LATE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY MORNING. IF THE ADDITIONAL SNOW EXTENDS
  WESTWARD BACK INTO THE WATCH AREA...SEVERAL MORE INCHES OF SNOW
  COULD FALL BEFORE TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS.

* WINDS...LIGHT NORTHEASTERLY WIND TONIGHT AND MOST OF MONDAY WILL
  PICK UP TO 10 TO 20 MPH AND TURN TO THE NORTH ON MONDAY NIGHT.
  GUSTS MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING COULD BE UP TO 30 MPH.
