 * ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL OF 4 TO 8 INCHES THROUGH MONDAY MORNING
   WILL BRING STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 10 TO 16 INCHES. HIGHEST
   AMOUNTS WILL OCCUR FROM SOUTH HAVEN TO JACKSON.

 * GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH ARE LIKELY WHICH WILL
   LEAD TO NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS AT TIMES.
