...WINTER STORM GRADUALLY COMING TO AN END WITH BELOW ZERO WIND
CHILL VALUES EXPECTED INTO WEDNESDAY...

.Ongoing snow will taper off over portions of Northeast
Mississippi this afternoon. The combination of very cold
temperatures and gusty northwest winds will produce wind chill
values to zero or slightly below, mainly along and north of
Interstate 40 through noon today.

* WHAT...Snow has ended across the advisory area. Plan on
  slippery road conditions. Very cold wind chill values expected
  between zero to five below zero tonight into Wednesday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 PM today. For
  the Wind Chill Advisory, zero to five degrees below zero
  tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
  in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.

  afternoon. Plan on slippery road conditions. Additional snow
  accumulations of up to one inch are expected. Very cold wind
  chill values expected between zero to five below zero tonight
  into Wednesday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 PM today. For
  the Wind Chill Advisory, zero to five degrees below zero
  tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times until the snow ends. The cold wind chills will cause
