A strong, mainly dry, cold front will cross the area tonight. A few strong to severe storms will be possible over north central South Dakota this evening, with winds of 60 to 70 mph being the main concern with the strongest storms. While portions of north central South Dakota have more than a 10 percent chance of receiving a wetting rain of more than 0.10 inches, most locations will remain dry. This cold front will pave the way for strong winds out of the west to northwest with gusts of 30 to 45 mph through the day Saturday. Relative humidity values will fall to 20 to 30 percent Saturday, lowest west of the Missouri River.
