...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BERKSHIRE COUNTY
THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 328 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Sandisfield, or 9 miles southeast of Great Barrington, moving east at
30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Otis, Sandisfield, New Marlborough, Monterey, South Sandisfield, Otis
Wood Lanes, Hartsville, Konkapot, New Boston, Algerie Four Corners,
Montville, Free Quarter, Roosterville, Hephzibah Heights, Southfield,
West New Boston, East Otis, Cold Spring, West Otis, and McClaveville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
