NORMAL. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE FOR SEPTEMBER WAS 60.2 DEGREES
FAHRENHEIT...WHICH WAS 1.7 DEGREES WARMER THAN THE NORMAL AVERAGE OF
58.5. TOTAL PRECIPITATION WAS 0.37 INCHES...WHICH WAS 1.22 INCHES
BELOW THE NORMAL 1.59. THE MAXIMUM WIND WAS 32 MILES PER HOUR FROM 160
DEGREES WITH A PEAK GUST OF 40 MILES PER HOUR FROM 330 DEGREES. ON
SEPTEMBER 25TH...BISMARCK RECORDED A RECORD DAILY HIGH TEMPERATURE
OF 93 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 92 DEGREES
SET IN 1902.

OCTOBER HIGH TEMPERATURES USUALLY START OUT IN THE MID 60S BEFORE
FALLING TO THE LOWER 50S BY MONTH`S END. LOWS BEGIN AROUND THE UPPER
30S AND FALL TO THE UPPER 20S BY THE END OF OCTOBER. FOR THIS
