SEPTEMBER 2015 WAS WARMER AND DRIER THAN NORMAL. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY
TEMPERATURE WAS 64.4 DEGREES WHICH WAS 5.9 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL
58.5 DEGREES...RANKING AS THE 5TH OVERALL WARMEST SEPTEMBER. THERE
WAS ONE RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE SET FOR BISMARCK...WHICH WAS A
STEAMY 101 DEGREES ON THE AFTERNOON OF THE 3RD. THERE WAS ALSO A
RECORD OVERNIGHT LOW THAT TIED A PREVIOUS RECORD OF 31 ON THE 11TH.

SEPTEMBER WAS ALSO A DRY MONTH. THE MONTHLY TOTAL PRECIPITATION
MEASURED 0.37 INCHES....1.22 INCHES BELOW THE NORMAL 1.59 INCHES.
