MAINTAINING A NORTHWEST WIND. FROM THIS MORNINGS BISMARCK SOUNDING
THE LOW LEVEL INVERSION EXTENDED TO 1000 FEET AND WILL BREAK WHEN
THE TEMPERATURE REACHES 51 DEGREES. THIS SHOULD OCCUR BETWEEN 10
AND 11 AM CDT THIS MORNING. HIGHS TODAY WILL BE 65 WITH MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 28 PERCENT. THE MIXING HEIGHT WILL BE AROUND
10600 FT AGL. SMOKE DISPERSAL WILL BE VERY GOOD.
