.DISCUSSION...A WEAK COLD FRONT EXTENDS ACROSS EAST CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA TODAY. THE FRONT WILL BRING A MORE NORTH COMPONENT TO THE
WIND AS IT SLIDES ACROSS THE REGION. WINDS WILL BE NORTH AROUND 10 MPH
FOR THE BURN.  MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL BE AROUND 30 PERCENT.
FROM THIS MORNINGS BISMARCK SOUNDING THE LOW LEVEL INVERSION EXTENDED
TO 1200 FEET AND WILL BREAK WHEN THE TEMPERATURE 64 DEGREES. THE MIXING
HEIGHT WILL REACH 8800 FEET.
