.DISCUSSION...QUIET WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THE BURN SITE TODAY WITH
SOUTHWEST WINDS THIS MORNING. A WEAK BACK DOOR COLD FRONT WILL SLIDE
WESTWARD THROUGH THE BURN AREA EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. FROM THE BISMARCK
SOUNDING THE LOW LEVEL INVERSION EXTENDED TO 1200 FEET AND WILL BREAK
WHEN THE TEMPERATURES REACHES 64 DEGREES...AROUND 11 AM CDT. AT THIS
TIME THE WINDS WILL BECOME MORE WEST THEN EVENTUALLY NORTHWEST BY EARLY
AFTERNOON THEN NORTHEAST IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. THE MIXING HEIGHT WILL
RISE TO AROUND 11700 FEET.
