.DISCUSSION...High pressure ridge extending from central Canada south
across the Dakotas. This will keep a northerly to northeasterly wind
flow across North Dakota today and tonight. Expecting afternoon winds
to be northeasterly at around 10 to 13 mph. Minimum relative humidity
reaching just below 40 percent today. Should be mostly sunny today
with the possibility of late morning and afternoon scattered cumulus
clouds developing. Tonight northeast winds may become easterly but
will be light.
