A weak area of high pressure across central North Dakota separates
low pressure in Minnesota from low pressure across western North
Dakota Sunday afternoon. Winds will remain northwest at 10 to 20 mph
early this afternoon shifting to the north after 4 pm. This evening
winds will be north 5 to 15 mph becoming northeast after 9 pm.
Minimum relative humidity will be 36 percent with afternoon highs
around 63.
