FROM THIS MORNINGS BISMARCK SOUNDING THE LOW LEVEL INVERSION EXTENDED
TO 2000 FEET AND WILL BREAK WHEN THE TEMPERATURE REACHES 46 DEGREES.
THE AFTERNOON MIXING HEIGHT OVER SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA WILL REACH
5000 FEET WITH FAIR SMOKE DISPERSAL.
