.DISCUSSION...SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVING INTO THE WILLISTON AREA FROM
SASKATCHEWAN WILL RESULT IN LIGHT SURFACE WINDS UNDER 10 MPH THAT WILL
BE HIGHLY VARIABLE IN DIRECTION. UNDER THESE CONDITIONS THE MOST LIKELY
WIND DIRECTION AND SPEED WOULD BE FROM THE NORTH / NORTHEAST AT 4 TO 8 MPH.

WITH THE LIGHT WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING PATCHES OF FOG ARE POSSIBLE.

THIS MORNING...A TEMPERATURE INVERSION AROUND 1000 FEET ABOVE GROUND
LEVEL SHOULD BREAK AROUND 10 AM CDT ALLOWING FOR BETTER SMOKE DISPERSION.
