This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
North Dakota, northwest North Dakota, and south central North
Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light snow is expected to develop this afternoon across northwestern
and north central North Dakota, continuing tonight before tapering
off on Thursday. Total snowfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are
possible along and north of highway 2, with lesser amounts expected
farther south. Brisk north winds tonight may bring areas of blowing
and drifting snow. Those traveling this afternoon and tonight across
northern North Dakota should plan for snow covered roads and reduced
visibility at times. Allow plenty of time for travel and check the
latest road conditions and forecast updates before setting out.
