LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING ACROSS
NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. RAIN OR FREEZING RAIN
WILL THEN CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON. SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE FORECAST NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2
THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT. SEE
