DEVELOP THURSDAY MORNING OVER WEST-CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST NORTH
DAKOTA...AND WILL SPREAD INTO THE MISSOURI AND JAMES RIVER VALLEYS
THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL DIMINISH THURSDAY EVENING FROM WEST TO
EAST.
