.A CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL BRING STRONG GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS TODAY.
AHEAD OF THE SYSTEM...A BRIEF LIGHT MIX OF RAIN...FREEZING
RAIN...AND SLEET IS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL AND
EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA. BEHIND THE COLD FRONT EXPECT SNOW TO SPREAD
FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS THE STATE TODAY.

NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING UP TO 50 MPH WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING
AND WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY LIGHT SNOW. AREAS OF REDUCED VISIBILITY
IN BLOWING SNOW IS POSSIBLE. THE BEST CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATIONS LIE
ALONG THE NORTHERN TIER OF COUNTIES...WHERE AN INCH OF NEW SNOW
IS POSSIBLE.
