WILL BRING FROST TO MUCH OF THE AREA INCLUDING LOCATIONS SUCH AS
DICKINSON...HETTINGER...BISMARCK...JAMESTOWN...CARRINGTON AND
ELLENDALE. THOSE WISHING TO PROTECT TENDER PLANTS SHOULD TAKE
