.A WIND ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR EASTERN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
NORTH DAKOTA TODAY AND TONIGHT. NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE TO NEAR
35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH IN THIS AREA. THE STRONG WINDS WILL
DEVELOP IN THE BOTTINEAU AND TURTLE MOUNTAIN AREA THIS
MORNING...AND SPREAD SOUTH INTO THE JAMES VALLEY THIS AFTERNOON.
