CLEAR SKIES OVER WEST AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA WILL INITIALLY ALLOW
TEMPERATURES TO QUICKLY FALL INTO THE 40S MOST AREAS. HOWEVER...
INCREASING CLOUDS ACROSS THE NORTH LATER TONIGHT SHOULD HOLD
TEMPERATURES ABOVE THE CRITICAL FROST THRESHOLD THERE. THE MAIN
CONCERN FOR FROST THEN WILL BE ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 94
