CAN EXPECT REDUCED VISIBILITY OF 1/4 MILE OR LESS THIS MORNING.
DENSE FOG DROPLETS MAY FREEZE ON ROADWAYS AND SIDEWALKS.

PEOPLE TRAVELING ACROSS NORTHWESTERN OR NORTH CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
