.VISIBILITIES HAVE TEMPORARILY IMPROVED ACROSS FAR SOUTH CENTRAL
NORTH DAKOTA AND THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY THIS EVENING.
HOWEVER...WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES OF ONE QUARTER OF
A MILE OR LESS ARE EXPECTED TO REFORM THROUGH THE NIGHT. AS
TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW FREEZING...ROADS WILL BECOME SLIPPERY AS
FOG DROPLETS FREEZE TO ROADWAYS. THIS INCLUDES THE CARRINGTON...
JAMESTOWN... LAMOURE...ELLENDALE...ASHLEY AND GACKLE AREAS. USE
