LAKE BASIN THIS MORNING...

.DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES NEAR ZERO WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS
TRAVEL OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING. THIS
INCLUDES JAMESTOWN NORTH TO HARVEY AND CARRINGTON...AND NORTH TO
ROLLA. IN ADDITION TO THE FOG...FROST DEVELOPMENT ON ROADS WILL
CREATE LOCALLY SLICK TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

IF TRAVELING THIS MORNING...SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO
REACH YOUR DESTINATION. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT UNCONTROLLED
INTERSECTIONS AND RAILROAD CROSSINGS. AVOID THE USE OF CRUISE
CONTROL ON SLICK ROADS.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS WITH GREATLY REDUCED
  VISIBILITY. FROST DEVELOPMENT WILL MAKE SOME ROADS SLICK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS
THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...USE YOUR LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE
VEHICLE AHEAD OF YOU. BE ESPECIALLY CAREFUL AT RAILROAD CROSSINGS
