NORTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING...

.WILL EXPAND THE DENSE FOG ADVISORY TO INCLUDE NORTH CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES
NEAR ZERO WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL OVER NORTHERN AND EASTERN
NORTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING. IN ADDITION TO THE FOG...FROST
DEVELOPMENT ON ROADS WILL CREATE LOCALLY SLICK TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

IF TRAVELING THIS MORNING...SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO
REACH YOUR DESTINATION. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT UNCONTROLLED
INTERSECTIONS AND RAILROAD CROSSINGS. AVOID THE USE OF CRUISE
CONTROL ON SLICK ROADS.
