...SOME MARCH 6TH RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES HAVE BEEN BROKEN ACROSS
WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA AS OF 1 PM CST...

THE TEMPERATURE IN MINOT HAS REACHED 70 DEGREES. THIS BREAKS THE OLD
RECORD OF 66 DEGREES SET IN 1987.

THE TEMPERATURE IN BISMARCK HAS REACHED 68 DEGREES. THIS BREAKS THE
OLD RECORD OF 66 DEGREES SET IN 1937.

THE TEMPERATURE IN JAMESTOWN HAS REACHED 64 DEGREES. THIS BREAKS THE
OLD RECORD OF 59 DEGREES SET IN 2000.

TEMPERATURES WILL RISE A FEW MORE DEGREES THIS AFTERNOON...AND A
SUMMARY OF RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES THAT WERE REACHED OR EXCEEDED
WILL BE ISSUED LATER TODAY.
