AFTERNOON ACROSS SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA...WILL RESULT IN RED FLAG
FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THIS INCLUDES BEACH...MEDORA...AMIDON...
BOWMAN...HETTINGER AND MOTT.

WINDS AROUND NOON WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHWEST AT 25 MPH...TURNING
WEST 40 MPH BY 3 PM MDT. SCATTERED DRY THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE
THOUGH IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. NORTHWEST WINDS
GUSTING AS HIGH AS 55 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE DRY THUNDERSTORMS.
