20 MPH ARE FORECAST...WITH AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 10 TO
15 PERCENT. WHEN COMBINED WITH DRY GRASSLANDS...CONDITIONS
SUPPORTIVE OF RAPID FIRE SPREAD ARE EXPECTED. A RED FLAG WARNING
