WITH HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 90S. SOUTH WINDS OF AROUND 15 TO 20
MPH ARE FORECAST...WITH AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 10 TO 15
PERCENT. WHEN COMBINED WITH DRY GRASSLANDS...CONDITIONS SUPPORTIVE
OF RAPID FIRE SPREAD ARE EXPECTED. A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN
EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING FROM MCKENZIE
