WILL DROP TO BETWEEN 20 AND 35 BELOW ZERO ACROSS NORTH
DAKOTA...EASTERN MONTANA AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA.

EXPECT VERY COLD TEMPERATURES AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS ACROSS
THE NORTHERN PLAINS THROUGH TUESDAY.
