Look for widespread fog across southern Minnesota and eastern
South Dakota...with areas of fog developing in southeastern North
Dakota. Otherwise skies will be clear to partly cloudy across the
remainder of the Northern Plains. Look for morning lows ranging
from the teens to the 20s and lower 30s.

Later on Thursday mostly dry conditions are expected for the
Northern Plains, though Minnesota will have slight chances for
rain through the afternoon. Highs will be seasonably warm once
again, as temperatures will generally range between the lower 30s
and the lower 40s.

Wet weather is in the forecast for Friday and the weekend.
Chances for snow, rain, and freezing rain will be possible, as a
low pressure system scoots northward through the Northern Plains.
