For today one system will be exiting to the east through
Minnesota, while the next approaches from the west through Montana.
Patchy low clouds and fog this morning, especially over the eastern
half of the region, will burn off to sunshine for the day. Farther
west, showers and storms will be moving through Montana and into the
western Dakotas and southeast Saskatchewan as the day moves along.
Strong to severe storms are possible over western South Dakota. High
temperatures for today will range from the lower 70s to the lower
80s.

For tonight, shower and storm chances increase through the central
Dakotas and for Tuesday across the entire region. Overnight lows
mainly in the 50s, and daytime highs in the 70s.
