Winds have decreased across most of the region this evening.
Some gustier winds may remain over parts of Minnesota and cause
blowing snow where snow has fallen over the past few days.

Overnight lows will drop considerably over North Dakota, eastern
Montana, and southern Saskatchewan with temperatures in the
negative teens. In these areas wind chills may reach 35 below
zero. Elsewhere lows will be around zero.

Very cold weather is expected to continue through the weekend and
into next week. There will also be another chance for accumulating
snow in the region Friday night into Sunday.
