A breezy day is expected across the Northern Plains as a cold
front quickly moves from north to south through the afternoon.
Snow showers are expected with the passage of the front. Blowing
snow is also expected across much of the region as winds continue
to increase.

Another Arctic airmass with dangerous wind chills will impact the
region tonight through Tuesday morning. However, a temperature
recovery to above freezing temperatures is possible mid to late
this coming week.
